Refund takes up to 14 working days to be completed.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refund can be offered as a voucher/ a coupon code with the same value of the products.
Refund is allowed within 14 days from the order date.
If the order has not been shipped out yet, refund will be processed immediately. However, if the order has been shipped out, Customer Care team should cancel the order from the shipping company and only upon the cancellation confirmation, the refund will be processed.
